We provide immediate and continuing advice, referrals and suppot to people of all ages in crisis, despair or who are just feeling in need of someone to talk to. Consultations are confidential, with a holistic approach based on sound practical experience.

It is about 'empowerment ' - in assisting a good outcome for the individual concerned no matter how difficult their situation may seem to be in the moment. It is about 'connectedness' - of the person to himself and to his own unique potential and to others in the community who can assist him with this aim and intention. It is about affirming values and ultimately it is about using the difficult times to create new pathways and a new way of being in the world, in order to find stability, strength of purpose and personal contentment.
